Samuel Owusu cameos in FK Cukaricki heavy defeat to Olympiacos

Ghana international, Samuel Owusu climbed off the bench to play 13 minutes for his club FK Cukaricki in their painful 3-0 home loss to Greek Giants Olympiacos in the UEFA Europa League Qualification Final second-leg tie.

Unfortunately, Owusu’s team didn’t qualify for the UEFA Europa League group stage. They have dropped to the UEFA Europa Conference League after 6-1 on aggregate.

The 27-year-old former Al-Fahya player has 17 caps for Ghana with 1 goal. Fudbalski klub Čukarički is a Serbian professional football club based in Belgrade, Čukarica municipality, which was founded in 1926.
