It doesn’t look good – Arteta on Partey’s injury
Mikel Arteta labeled Thomas Partey’s injury as not so good situation after the Ghanaian was pronounced to have suffered a groin sprain on Arsenal’s Thursday training leading to the game against Manchester United.
The Arsenal boss commented on the injury of the midfielder after their match day four 3-1 win against Manchester United at the Emirate Stadium.
“It doesn’t look good”, Mikel Arteta says about Thomas Partey.
“We need some more tests. I believe he’ll be out for a few weeks”.
Partey was ruled out of the game and subsequently removed from Chris Hughton’s squad to face Central African Republic in the final qualifier of the 2022 African Cup of Nations to be held next weekend.
