AFCON 2023 Qualifiers: Inaki Williams returns to Black Stars starting eleven against CAR

Chris Hughton has named Ghana’s starting eleven against Central African Republic in the final game of Group E with kick off slated for 4:00pm at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi.

Bilbao forward Inaki Williams has been named in the starting lineup after failing to show up for the previous qualifiers due to precautionary measure to improve his injury concerns.

Goalkeeper Lawrence Ati Zigi remains in poles flanked by Alidu Seidu and Baba Abdul Rahman on the right and left defense respectively. The central defensive pair are Joseph Aidoo and Alexander Dinku.

Salis Abdul Samed and Elisha Owusu are the central midfielders for the game. Sitting right in front of them will be West Ham United’s Mohammed Kudus.

Osman Bukari will take the right flanks of attack whiles the left attacking midfielder will go to Jordan Ayew.

Inaki Williams will lead the attack and will be pushing for his first official goal.
