Portia Boakye cameos in Djurgarden’s 1-0 win against BK Hacken

Ghanaian international and former Fabulous Ladies star Portia Boakye featured for her club, Djurgarden, in their solitary win in the Swedish Femini League over the weekend.

The Black Queens player climbed off the bench to play 6 minutes including additional time for her club, Djurgarden, in their hard-fought 1-0 home win over BK Hacken in the Sweden Damallsvenskan (Women’s Premier League) round 20.

Djurgarden are currently 9th on the league table with 18 points after 20 matches.

The Black Queens skipper is expected to lead the lines against Rwanda in the African Cup of Nations Women’s qualifier on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
