Medeama’s Fatawu Hamidu takes charge in Black Stars latest squad

Left Back for Ghana’s league holders, Abdul Fatawu Hamidu has been named in the latest squad for the Black Stars for games against Mexico and USA.

The Medeama Sporting Club left back has claimed a place following his outstanding display for the Black Stars in his maiden full appearance against Liberia at the Accra Sports Stadium in September 2023.

Fatawu has helped Medeama Sporting Club to the group stage of the Confederation of African Football Champions League group stage after victories against Remo Stars and Horoya AC.
