Boaduwaa, 3 others knocked out of UEFA WCL Round 2
Elizabeth Oppong and Doris Boaduwaa were knocked out of the UEFA Women’s Champions League Qualification Second Round Final.
Former Thunder Queens talismanic midfielder Elizabeth Oppong played 90 minutes for his club, Apollon Limassol LFC, in their 4:0 away loss to SL Benfica alongside Elshaadai Acheampong and Olivia Anokye.
The talented midfielder was in superb and scintillating form, as she excelled with her accurate passes despite her side losing heavily to the Portuguese giants.
Her compatriots, Elshaddai Acheampong and Olivia Anokye, climbed off the bench to play 11 minutes and 45 minutes, respectively, for Limassol.
They have been painfully eliminated from the competition at 11:0 aggregate.
Meanwhile, former Hasaacas Ladies Football Club and current Black Queens striker Doris Boaduwaa played 75 minutes for her club ŽFK Spartak in their 5:1 away loss to FC Rosengård in the UEFA Women’s Champions League Qualification Second Round Final.
They have painfully exited the competition 7:2 on aggregate.
