Alfred Mensah scores for Partizani in 2-1 win over Tirana
Ghanaian international and former STORM Academy striker Alfred Mensah was in superb and excellent form as he climbed off the bench to play 24 minutes and also scored the winner for his club, Partizani Tirana, in their hard-fought 2-1 home win over KF Tirana in the Albania Kategorie Superiore round 6.
Mensah came in and played barely 30 minutes but he was outstanding and he got his reward by scoring a beautiful goal to propel his team.
He scored his winner in injury time (90+2) after KF Tirana got the equalizer in the 90th minute. This was the talented striker’s first goal of the season after 5 matches.
They are 2nd on the league table with 14 points after 7 matches and 1 outstanding match
