FC Samartex 1996 Earn Approval to Initiate Women’s Team, Juvenile Teams
FC Samartex 1996 have confirmed on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 that approval has been granted by the Ghana Football Association to commence operation of their Women’s team and other juvenile teams.
The Samraboi-based side via a post on their Facebook page revealed that the upcoming season will see FC Samartex 1996 Ladies will compete in the Western Regional Football Association Women’s Division One League, the Under-13, Under-17, Under-15, Under-17 and Under-20 teams have all earned operational rights to compete in the Wassa Amenfi West Municipal Juvenile League/ Western Regional Division II League.

FC Samartex 1996 qualified to the topflight division after winning the 2021/2022 Division One League Zone 2 and will for the first time administer other juvenile teams as a grand profile beneath the Club’s administration.

The Ghana Football Association have approved FC Samartex 1996 Ladies to participate in the Western Region Women’s Division One League.
Again, FC Samartex 1996 U-13, U-15, U-17 and U-20 have been approved to participate in Wassa Amenfi West Municipal Juvenile League/ Western Regional Division II League.
The Board and Management are working assiduously to ensure that our teams compete well in the competitions.
