Sammy Adjei : Former Hearts of Oak Goalkeeper joins Dreams FC
Ghana’s representative in this year’s Caf Confederation Cup, Dreams FC have appointed former Hearts of oak and Black Stars Goalkeeper, Sammy Adjei as their new goalkeepers coach ahead of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League and the Caf Confederation Cup.
Sammy Adjei, one of the best goalkeepers to have graced the Ghana Premier League is joining the Still Believe boys with a lot Experience to offer .
Adjei, nicknamed ‘Barthez’ was a member of the Glorious days of the Phobians in the early 2000’s where he guided them to win the Ghana Premier league on 6 consecutive times , the Caf Champions League trophy and the Caf Super Cup in 2000 and 2001 against Esperenace de Tunis and Zamalek of Egypt respectively.

Adjei, was a member of Ghana’s Senior men’s team the Black Stars that played at the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany..
Dreams FC in their quest to strengthen their goalkeeping department ahead of their maiden appearance in the Caf Confederation Cup where they will meet Milo FC from Guinea in first round preliminary stage on the weekend of August 18-20, 2023, have announced the signing of the the experience goalkeepers trainer in a post on their social media platform, Facebook;
