Black Meteors players donate GHS 13,0000 to ailing William Essu

Ailing William Essu has received GHS 13,000 assistance from the current Black Meteors team to cater for his dwindling health issues which came to the attention of the media last week.

Essu, the former Legon Cities Goalkeeper has been in the sick bed for sometime and his issue erupted after news of former team mate Sylvester Sackey kicking the bucket sent shivers down the spine of the Ghana football fraternity.

The latest to have gone to the attention of the former Legon Cities goalkeeper is his team mates at the national Undef 23 team.

The team led by Accra Lions Head Coach, Ibrahim Tanko has donated an amount of GHS 13,000 to help him reduce his plight.
