GFA Awards: Skyy FC duo pick 2022/23 DOL awards
Baba Hamadu Musa and Solomon Ohene Nimo have been honoured for their impressive displays for Skyy Football Club in the 2022/23 Access Bank Division One League campaign.
Baba Hamadu Musa won the best scorer of the season having scored 20 goals for the Daboase-based side the season as goalkeeper Ohene Nimo picked the best glovesman award in the event held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at the UPSA auditorium.
Hamadu was named the overall best player of the season in the Division One League.
The two aided Skyy’s impressive campaign ending the league as the second best team in Zone 2 and going all the way to the semifinals of the MTN FA Cup.
The two were also part of the incredible show in the Division One League Super Cup as Skyy FC finished second after Bofoakwa Tano.
