Hasaacas Ladies complete Lovia Akorful signing from Ideal Ladies

Hasaacas Ladies Football Club have completed the signing of Lovia Akorful from Ideal Ladies FC for a period of two years.

The Greater Accra Regional Football Association side have agreed for Lovia Akorful to join Hasaacas Ladies and agreement on player side has been completed as announcement has been made.

“We are glad to announce that, we have secured the services of Eighteen (18) year-old central defender, Lovia Akorful on two (2) years contract.

A player coach Yusif Basigi describes as a prospect who can develop into a world class player was adjudged the best defender of the season in the Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GARFA) division one league on two consecutive occasions in 2021/22 and also 2022/23 season.

“Lovia is a player I’ve always tried to poach but very difficult because of the penitential she possesses. She’s won the best defender of the season for two years running and it tells the kind of player she is. I’m glad she is with us now and I will be working on tuning her mind from division one to being a premiership player and once she starts to pick up, Y’all will see a very wonderful and phenomenal defender at our back this season” – Coach Yusif Basigi on his new signing.

In an official interview with Lovia on her decision to join us, she said “I chose Hasaacas Ladies football club because of their track record in developing players to reach their highest potentials and the opportunity to also climb higher stages in football with being amongst the best teams in Africa and the best female club in Ghana and their vision in alignment with my dream of being a top-tier footballer”

Lovia is a Ghanaian by nationality who formally played for division one side, Ideal Ladies football club.
