Hearts of Oak, Kofi Agbesimah agree deal, next is medicals

Kofi Agbesimah and Accra Hearts of Oak have agreed to a two year maximum contract and now left with player’s medical which is expected to happen on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

The Bechem United center back, Kofi Agbesimah will arrive in Accra tomorrow, Wednesday to complete his medicals and officially become part of the Accra Hearts of Oak team after long discussion of the contract.

Ghana Football Association Statistician, Mohammed Shaban believes the deal is already sealed and pens the following;

“Agbesimah will sign a two-year deal with Hearts of Oak and will be with the Phobians till 2025. As it stands now, an agreement has been reached between both parties and is awaiting a contract to be signed.

“Kofi Agbesimah made 33 appearances in 2022–23, scoring six goals and making one assist. The highly rated center back joined Bechem United on January 1, 2018.

“The 26-year-old center back will marshal the defense of Accra Hearts of Oak in the upcoming season.”
