Kassim Cisse: Hearts of Oak try luck on another foreign attacker in a 5-year deal

Ivorian Forward, Kassim Cisse has joined Hearts of Oak on a permanent deal from Ivory Coast second tier side, Lanfiara Football Club.

Kassim Cisse signed two-years as reported earlier with an option to sign additional three more year contract with the club.

He scored 12 goals in 9 matches in the Ivorian Division One League last season.

Kassim’s move is likened to Junior Kaaba as the later who was signed from Cameroon side Fauvre de Azur Elite FC failed to shine and was subsequently released.

The Phobians are currently viewed to be huge contenders for the upcoming league which starts in the next five days.
