RTU lose nine players of 2023/24 team

Real Tamale United will be entering the 2023/24 football season with a relatively new squad after nine key members of their previous campaign have opted to ply their trades elsewhere.

Real Tamale United finished 11th last season, but it appears the exodus has already begun and is taking a toll on the team.

The squad, however, continues to dwindle as the season approaches. There are already a number of players out of the squad, and it is continuing to grow.

Here are the list of players RTU will lose this season.

Kwame Boakye- Nations FC

Manaf Umar- Nsoatreman FC

Nurudeen Mohammed Yussif -Kotoko

Issah Kuka – Hearts of Oak

Stephen Badu Dankwa Out-

Roland Frimpong -Gold Stars

Mathew Abayase Great Olympics

Sadat Mohammed – Out

Tamale face RTU on 15th Accra Hearts of Oak on the opening fixture.
