Salisu returns to training after protracted injury
Ghanaian centre back, Mohammed Salisu has resumed training as he continues his recovery after a protracted injury layoff.
Over the years the promising defender has had persistent hamstring injuries keeping him out of action consistently.
Prior to their next matches, Monaco and the Black Stars have received a major boost with his return to training.
Salisu signed a contract with French powerhouses AS Monaco during the summer transfer window after his former side, Southampton was demoted to the English Championship. He is yet to play for Monaco after undergoing a surgery.
Mohammed Salisu will be an important addition for the Black Stars ahead of the forthcoming AFCON competition in Ivory Coast should he stay injury-free.
