X Mineral Water Lights Up Exciting Ghana Beach Soccer League in Keta
Officials, players and spectators alike have been given a special surprise treat by X Mineral Water in Keta, Volta region.
The occasion was none other than the final round of Ghana Beach Soccer Zone 2 fixtures played at the Emancipation Beach resort.
Players and officials from the respective teams (Ocean Stars, Sunset Sport, Kedzi Miracle, Iron Breakers, Havedzi Warriors and Ada Assurance) received packs of water and tshirts ahead of their respective matches.
The excitement did not end there, as hundreds of beach soccer lovers who had thronged the venue were also gifted with the unmistakable bright orange t-shirts in addition to the distinct design of X Mineral bottled water.
Obed Gbamire who is the operations officer for X Mineral water, expressed delight at the reception accorded his brand by the spectators in particular.
“We’re here for the first time but it’s wonderful the way the fans have immediately fallen in love with X Mineral Water so we definitely have to come back”.
Ghana Beach Soccer Chairman Yaw Ampofo Ankrah assured that X Mineral water would enjoy huge mileage and patronage from their association with the sport.
“I can tell you that these fans here are the most loyal you can find because they have been following beach soccer since it’s introduction into Ghana and they will passionately patronize X Mineral water as another form of reward for coming onboard to support the sport.
Chairman of the clubs Union of beach soccer Kusi Gyamfi,the national coordinator Nana Poku Amankwah, Chairman of Volta Beach Soccer Ruben Dzidodo Adjaho and Coach Sandy Mapeh received the items on behalf of the teams.
A date for the grand finale of the season between Ada Assurance and Cheetah BSC will be announced by the GFA Competitions Committee in due course.
