Yusif Basigi names Black Princesses squad for Women’s World Cup qualifiers

Black Princesses Head coach Yussif Basigi has named his squad for FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifiers against Guinea Bissau

The majority of the invited players came from Ghana’s winning WAFU B U-20 Girls Cup squad.

The goal for Yussif Basigi and his team is to move on to the next round of qualifying so they can potentially earn another World Cup ticket.

On Sunday, October 8, 2023, the first leg versus Guinea Bissau will take place, with the return match set for Accra the following weekend.

On Friday, October 6, 2023, the group will leave Accra for Guinea Bissau.
