Nketiah scores first hat-trick as Arsenal thump Sheffield 5-0

Three Lions forward with Ghanaian descent and long standing Black Stars target Eddie Nketiah scored his first ever English Premier League hat-trick in Arsenals match week 9 fixture against Sheffield United.

He was slotted in to lead the lines for the Gunners in the absence of first choice striker Gabriel Jesus.

Eddie Nketiah scored one goal in the first half on the 28th minute and went on to score on the 50th and 58th minute in the second half to complete his first ever Premier League hat-trick.

Goals from Fabio Vieira and Tomiyasu helped Arsenal win the game by 5-0 .

Eddie Nketiah was rated 9.6 and named player of the match.

Chris Hughton is still pushing for the striker to switch nationality and play for the  Black Stars as  he is still eligible. He has only played a friendly game for England.
