Kurt Okraku proven right AGAIN in landmark legal victory
The Ghana Football Association has prevailed in its court case against AshantiGold SC.
Following their conviction for match fixing by the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association, the former Premier League club challenged their relegation to Division Two by dragging the GFA to the Human Rights Court in Accra with the hope that after a fair hearing, the court would reverse their demotion.
The Ghana Football Association triumphed today,Wednesday, October 11, when the Human Rights Court in Accra ruled in their favor after a protracted legal dispute. AshantiGold will therefore continue to be prohibited from all football-related activities.
