Medeama SC reaches agreement with new headline sponsor Nguvu Mining Limited
Nguvu Mining Limited has been named as the new sponsor of Medeama Sporting Club,the reigning Champions of the Betpawa Ghana Premier League.
Nguvu Mining has taken over as the team’s primary sponsor as a result of Gold Fields Ghana Limited’s decision to sever its sponsorship relationship with them.
In a letter to the Tarkwa-based team Gold Fields expressed their decision not to extend their sponsorship agreement. Honourable George Mireku Duker Member Of Parliament for Tarkwa Nsuaem, encouraged them to rethink about this decision in a press briefing after Medeama booked their place in the group stage of the CAF Champions League.
On the other side, Nguvu Mining has stepped forward to help the team.
The club will reveal the specifics and give a detailed account of the sponsorship deal in a press conference which will be held on Friday, October 6.
